Carlos Rolon

Coach Carlos has been in the volleyball world as both an athlete and a coach for the past 30+ years. His love for volleyball began in 1987 when he started playing volleyball at Hayde Caballero Middle School in Puerto Rico. He then went on to Manuela Toro, in Caguas, PR where he played on the Varsity team for all 4 years and was team captain. From 1995-1998, Coach Carlos played at the profession level with Criollos de Caguas, as an outside hitter and middle blocker.
Coach Carlos has trained, competed, and coached all different levels throughout his career in both Puerto Rico and the US, constantly working to improve his performance and leadership skills, resulting in him being able to help many other organizations reach their goals. Today, he is the Founder and Director of Dynamite Volleyball Club, who’s main focus is to help athletes perform at their highest level, using the experience and teaching skills he developed throughout his many years of playing and coaching.
Coach Carlos is 100% dedicate to his club and athletes, always going the extra mile for everyone. He continuously strives to create an environment of learning, teamwork and discipline, helping the players feel confident in their abilities and be the best person they can be both on and off the court.
