As a seasoned volleyball enthusiast with 13 years of playing experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my role as the head coach of DynamiteVolleyball Club. Hailing from Turkey, I proudly served as the captain of my college team, fostering leadership skills that transcend the court. Upon relocating to the USA, my coaching journey flourished over 3.5 years as a dedicated head coach. My coaching philosophy revolves around unlocking the full potential of each player, emphasizing motivation and a personalized approach. Having a background as an educator, I seamlessly integrate educational principles into my coaching, recognizing the importance of understanding and enhancing individual strengths and weaknesses. I hold a master's degree in Curriculum and Education from the University of Tampa, a testament to my commitment to continuous learning and providing a holistic coaching experience. I am thrilled to lead, inspire, and empower the players at Dynamite Volleyball Club, fostering not only athletic excellence but personal and educational growth as well.
