Nashaly Collazo

Coach Nashaly was born in Rio Piedras and raised in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Her volleyball career began at the age of 8, with las Criollotas de Caguas where she played for 2 years. Then she moved to play with Reparto San Jose Volleyball Club where she played for 6 years. She also played on the high school varsity team all 4 years at Jose Gautier Benitez, and helped take the team win over 15 tournament championships in her Senior year, playing both as a middle and opposite hitter. By her Senior year Coach Nashaly received multiple scholarship offers for Puerto Rico and US University. She ended up choosing to stay local at home and attend UPR Cayey where she played until she had to quit volleyball due to an injury.
Coach Nashaly graduated from Universidad del Turabo in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology. Now, she currently works in the beauty industry since 2020.Coach Nashaly has a lifelong passion and love for the sport of Volleyball, and she now looks to bring her knowledge, experience, and passion to Dynamite.
